Who we are. ETOGRAMA LABS, S.L. (the controller), hello@etograma.com.

What we collect. If you write to us: your email address and what you send. If you buy a certificate or a subscription: name, email, the product and version you ask about, who uses it (an age range and a role such as parent or partner, never a name), your country, and payment data handled by our payment provider, which we never store. Site analytics are collected only if you accept them.

Why. To answer you, to produce and deliver the certificate you bought, to re-run tests and notify you under a subscription, to invoice, and to meet legal obligations. Legal bases: contract, legitimate interest in answering you, consent for analytics, and legal obligation for invoicing.

What we do not do. We do not read, store or request your conversations with any AI. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to train models.

How long. Correspondence, two years. Purchase and invoicing data, as long as the law requires. Subscription data, until you cancel plus the legal retention period.

Who else sees it. Our hosting, email and payment providers, under data processing agreements. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by standard contractual clauses.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by writing to hello@etograma.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
